Was told car was ready for collection 10am Saturday 17th. Agreed to collect Monday 18th. Car was being vacuumed and then they realized wheels had not be aligned. So ended up waiting 1hr+ after paying. The car failed the alignment test and required more parts to repair.

For most of time the car was there for repairs communication was great, however, on the last day it seemed that they and we were rushed to get the car ready and out that some details were missed. For example the lug nut caps were not on, the volvo rim cover was missing and had to be found and placed on. Most of our experience with y'all was great with exception of the last day.
