I'm satisfied with the repair of my bumper but y'all didn't fix my whole car I still have a big dent on my passenger side back quarter panel that y'all claimed was not from the accident when it was, also I still have break damage from the accident that y'all also claimed was not part of it when it was so overall I am pretty disappointed in the service. I expected to be put back on the road whole but that did not happen.

Car was not fixed properly and it was left completely dirty on the inside. Tire pressure was not even on both sides. Horrible service!

Mobility collision repair handled my vehicle very well with Professionalism. They did a great job with putting it back together like it was brand new. The repairs were done faster than the estimated time I was giving which was wonderful because I got my vehicle back sooner. Customer service was wonderful, Julia assisted me in the check in and checkout process and explain the warranty as well. She has a wonderful personality. Friendly staff, lovely office and repairs look great. Would have been a 10 if there was a little more communication on timeline of when the car would be ready. Otherwise, we’re very happy and would recommend Mobility without hesitation!

I was told several times I would be called back and it only happened once at the end of my repair which was after 6 or 7 times I called and inquired on the status throughout the repair process. The online repair progress portal was not updated and showed incorrect progress during almost all of the repair process. I had to call myself each time. I also was promised my car on a specific day and when I called no one answered and I showed up and the location was closed well before the closing time of noon.
