We were able to drop off our car on short notice and the front desk was fantastic. We appreciated the constant updates as the car was being fixed and the shop stayed 10 minutes after closing so I could pick my car up. 5 star review for customer service!

After getting home and further inspection on my vehicle, I noticed that there is over spray on tophalf of vehicle. I dusted off engine compartment from body work that was done and someone used my toolbox in the bed of truck as a step stool which compromised the lid of it. The work that was performed is alright, but the outcome of the total workmanship is not . Please advise?

Estimator was prompt & thorough, estimate price was much lower than the competition. Unfortunately, the vendor increased the part price upon part delivery but the desk clerk called to inform me of the unfortunate price increase (which by the way increased by 100%). No doubt this was the result of political tariffs imposed by the government administration ….. but that’s a discussion for another time. Carstar tech completed the requested repairs ahead of schedule.
