They also washed the car and cleaned it from inside thoroughly, excellent. The rubber seal issue could be an oversight and can be fixed easily.

Chris and Jocelyn were both very helpful throughout the process, giving me current updates on the status of the repair. There was some frustration with Geico delaying the approval on some additional damage that was discovered, but they were on top of getting that resolved.
