Chris was the one I talked to first when I came into your facility. He was very helpful and answered all my questions that I had. Throughout the duration of the repairs, your team called or texted me everyday with updates on the status of my vehicle, which I liked very much!!!! I never once had to reach out to y’all first to ask what the status was, When my vehicle was ready for pick up, I received a text & a call that it was ready. My vehicle was also detailed inside and washed, which I was not expecting 😊 I also have a limited lifetime warranty on the repairs that were made I was also able to leave my rental car there at your facility and ya’ll took care of calling enterprise to pick up the rental vehicle😁😁 I highly recommend carstar MVP in Farmers Branch.
