I’m so pleased with how Frank and his team took care of my car. When I picked it up, it looked and smell better insider out, compared to how it was brought in. I experienced 2 hit & run accidents here in Dallas, and CarStar repaired my car beautifully both times! My car was done within 2 weeks both times!

I’m really thankful for all the work that was done to my car, and the service given overall. It was definitely a great experience because of the updates that kept me in the loop, the smooth process and the quick repairs made. they made the process less stressful that what I’ve experienced at different places. I love that my car looks brand new again after all the repairs, and they even detailed the inside. I can't say enough about the people at Carstar MVP. Not only did they do a wonderful job on my car but they completed the repairs before the original date that was quoted to me. Annie and Alexis could not have been any kinder to me....I was texted on a regular basis as to when my vehicle would be ready. I was fortunate to meet the owner, Frank who was very personable and professional. He told me I would be happy with their work and he was so right!! I can't say enough about Carstar MVP. They did an awesome job repairing my car and finished it totally in advance. Annie and Alexis were so sweet and knowledgeable when it came to all the paperwork. They texted me to let me know how things were going and I so appreciated it. Frank, the owner assured me they do wonderful work and it was proven when I picked up my car. They also gave me a five year warranty on the work that was done.
