They didn't even give me my car fixed, it came back rubbing & knocking & i don't know any1 that likes having to go to a 2nd place to fix what the 1st place should have done. I would never recommend going somewhere that only fixes the cosmetics but doesnt actually put it back correctly. The car looks ok but the noise its making sounds like the car was returned really not safe at all.

My car is not even close to being fixed! I had damage on the passenger front, & the washer fluid tank was also busted... Now my car is rubbing & knocking from the area they supposedly fixed & my washer fluid no longer sprays!! Thank god my insurance company is letting me take it to a different garage to have it really fixed becuz i refuse to go back to this dump even tho the work is garunteed & would b free to refixed there. Its definitely worth paying again to go somewhere else. Carstar nescar garage is the worst place ive even taken my car to. Any1 looking to actually get their car bodywork done should bypass this hack garage & go anywhere else. U have a better chance of getting ur car fixed right the 1st time anywhere but this dump.

They never called me back, even tho there message claims if the get a message after 3pm u will b called the next day & any message b4 3pm would allegedly get a call back that day.. its a lie!! U have to keep calling them becuz u will wait forever for them to call u

The repair quality is great. The repairs took a week longer than the original forecast and at pickup I had to wait about 30 minutes while the repair team reset the codes that were causing warning lights on the dash. They also had to correct an intermittent brake light with a couple of “taps”.
