Staff is very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I was kept in the loop about my car repair and went the extra mile to make sure pickup of my car was as convenient as possible for me. They got major repair work done in half the time another repair shop took to repair a minor fender bender.

New Country's staff was super friendly and professional and they kept me in the loop about my repairs the whole way. My car was back to me in 2 weeks, where it took another shop 4 weeks to get my car back to me after a minor bumper repair. New Country Collision is first in line if I ever need auto body work ever again (hopefully not!).

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Ever.

Terrible fit and finish. Shop tried to return the vehicle the first time with blatant problems in the body work. Then the second time I picked it up the body work was fixed but there is now a host of other problems caused by the shop. Having to go through Esurance and a second shop to fix the problems cause by the first shop. Esurance should probably remove a shop shop from their program if they do this poor of work. Nobody I ask has a single story of hood work coming out of this shop. They tried to return a vehicle with damages on components which were fine before the repair, electrical connections wrapped IN DUCT TAPE, and incorrectly repaired components.

Shop was easy to deal with and very pleasant for the most part. But then I have a tech look me in the face and tell me he didn’t break something that he clearly did. Although he did then apologize afterwards, when it was proved that he did.

New Country Collision did a great job on my car. I hit a Racoon with my car (by accident). They was very fast and did the job Right, very professional and friendly, went over the paper work with me before they started. They also helped me out by getting a rentail They also detailed the inside of my car for me.. 100%satisfied
