Never in my life time has a crew of office employees ever been more imformative, more caring, delightful, or more heartwarming. They went over and above for their customer. I was very overwhelmed with kindness. THANK YOU. OH And to the body shop guys, the hatch opens better than it originally did. I greatly appreciate that. Im not much on what a finished job looks like but from what I can tell it looks GREAT. EVEN MY SAYDEE DECAL WAS SAVED. I had to put her down this passed January and she's been on the car so long I was hoping that she could stay with me, and you made that possible. Thanks to everyone. What and awesome team

I already sent in a very lengthy text about how awful and disappionted I was in your office staff . NO!!!!!!! Your office staff went over and above what was in their job description and so very courteous, They were willing to give me some help with some minor " where do I go for this, or going on the their computer to look up prices for auto parts." But the odd thing is all of them were Johnny on the spot for me. They were extremely thoughtful, kind, and generous with there time , talents , and helping someone who needed a hug. You have an extremely well " geared up, oil blended, gears mesh together, good looking pieces of great quality CARSTAR MATERIAL" working up there . That all make for a PERFECT TEAM. Great Job Everyone. I don't know much about work on a car except to say "OH pretty". Guys my car looks "Oh so beautifully and the hatch is aligned perfectly. Momma is happy and when momma is happy everybody is happy.

Unfortunately, our estimate included repair of the back fender and the mirror and then apparently, after the fact it was determined they couldn’t fix the back fender. I really wish I would’ve known that earlier. Not sure what I would’ve done however. What they did though or what you guys did was fine.
