Car was medeocer work at best. Swirl marks throughout the whole paint job from buffing. Parts missing... Special Silver Nitrogen Air caps on wheels missing. Perectly fine Rocker molding was replaced without permission with damaged rocker molding. Charged for a wheel well that did not need to be replaced; Original wheel well still on car but was still charged. Charged for stone guard on rear door that is not there. Where is the stone guard? Marks on rims/wheels from unauthorized wheel alignment. Charged for unauthorized wheel alignment. Amoung any other things wrong with this shop....Worst body shop ever. Was way better when they were under previous owners. New owners don't care. New owner Won't help and doesn't care. The customer is never right at this Car Star location. Also car goes in for body work... Now it needs a new clutch and maybe a new transmission cause they can not drive manual. Who is paying for this?
