I am completely satisfied, and beyond that , I became very upset and basically mad because of a misunderstanding on my part and reacted poorly to Carstar. Instead of retaliating, they chose to explain calmly and clarified the issue! Highly commendable, and showed professionalism at its best! These people are fantastic and can be trusted implicitly! I am very happy with the work they did. The car looks and runs beautifully. I was slightly disappointed with the time it took to get it fixed (2.5 months). I realized most of the time was waiting for parts to come in but it was a long wait on my behalf. I would recommend their work, they did make my car perfect.
