It took much longer thay estimated to complete my vehicle. Then after I received my vehicle back, my insurance company called me and told me they totaled it. This is what I advised them from the start, that I thought it was total loss, and how could you not think that a tire was not needed to be replaced ? Which would of put me over the threshold. Then the additional work I asked to be complted was not done (to take care of a small scratch, which I would of paid out of pocket as I did for other work done). This was not a very good experience all together. I was very disapointed all together. People were polite the whole time to me, but overall I was not happy, and the car should of been a total loss, and now I wonder why it was not? Sounds like I got cheated here.

CarStar didn't complete the work that I initially pointed out to them. Now I would have to file a separate claim which I won't do. I wouldn't hire them to do any future work nor would I recommend them to anyone in need of those services.
