Multiple conversations about the car being fixed on schedule turned out to be a week later. This was even after a conversation on a Saturday saying it would be done that Monday. This is where the dissatisfaction comes. I would have kept my rental if I knew it was going to be a week later, I had no transportation after being assured it was on schedule to be completed on Feb 10 which was a conversation that happened on Feb 8th. So, how can you be assured on that time frame but not completed on the 14th that was a big problem for me.

This diesel filler issue is a real and legit issue and I can see how it was hidden so I’d like to rate a 10 but it’s an unexpected issue that is pretty obvious part of the damage.

I hate to rate at a five but there is a lingering issue. You know I picked up truck and headed South until May. Unfortunately the diesel filler cap was dislodged from its spring loaded location. I have been attempting each day to put it back in place without luck, so I have to use a screwdriver to move cover out of the way to fill truck with diesel. I can clearly envision when the tire blew apart it also damaged that part. I’d like this piece also repaired due to the accident damage. Can you work this piece with my insurance so I can have it resolved in the spring? Please feel free to contact me. It’s a pretty inconvenient situation.

I was very well informed throughout the entire repair. My truck looks fantastic. I’ve only had it back a couple hours so that’s as deep as I can get. Everyone that I interacted with was amazing. I would highly recommend their services.
