Everyone there seems cool , but when I picked my vehicle up , there was more damage than there was when it was dropped off . I’m not really sure why because the receptionist told me they didn’t get to take my car apart to take pics of anything damaged under the bumper area etc because the at fault’s insurance company called , canceling the estimate and continued trying to pick my car up without my consent, yet arriving to pick up my vehicle, the bumper was hanging off and the flap over the wheel was also detached . The guy didn’t really have an answer , but he attached my bumper with a zip tie on one section that didn’t need that prior . I’m not satisfied with this because I decided to keep my car not knowing this happened . He told me they took the number off to show the other parties insurance the damage underneath… yet the receptionist said different.
