Everyone we talk too was awesome! Bri was so nice and so patient with me calling all the time checking on the truck. The guy that worked on it was the same every time i called he was very nice and explained everything to us!

This was our 1st time using Carstar, the staff were all very friendly and I was very impressed how fast my car actually got fixed & it looks better than expected! I would definitely use Carstar again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Great job all the way around!

I have been frustrated that it took almost 4 weeks to be finished. 5/13-6/9. The damage wasn't that big of a deal. $2500 worth for the bumper and side panel. I believe that somehow our old landline number was given and no other efforts were taken to contact me,not even through Allstate. So a week went by before I called to see how things were going and sign documents. Otherwise the car looks good. The texts were nice to receive updates.
