The repair work completed is excellent, but communication is not a strong suit at this location. Never had any updates unless I called first. Rarely answers phone so this made it difficult to get updates.

The work was good but communication was non-existent. They had my car for four months but NEVER contacted me. The ONLY way I could get information was by contacting the auto insurance company. I tried calling several times but NEVER got a call back. They are good at fixing cars, bad at communicating.

Poor communication. Left 15+ voicemails never with a call back. Location never answered the phone. Never knew what the status of my vehicle was unless I physically drove and confronted the staff with a status update. Had car for 2 months and never started any work on it after saying it would take 7-10 days upon drop off.

The morning of my scheduled appointment, AFTER I was told that yes, my rims were on site, when I asked to see them, I was then told that nope, they weren’t there and would be delivered at 11am… Fast forward to the end of the day and I was notified that 1 rim would arrive on Tuesday and 1 would arrive on Wednesday. Why was I LIED to and then strung along like I was dumb?! Why were they not order the week prior, when I scheduled the appointment? After waiting more than 2 weeks for a return phone call, which I never received. The voicemail was full for so long I had to call my insurance agent for suggestions about HOW TO CONTACT YOU. Their suggestion was to find another shop. I guess I know why you were able to get me in “so fast”. Nobody wants your terrible service. Now I know for next time!

I don’t feel like our car was any rush whatsoever, as it took almost 3 months to repair, and also the day we took it home the alignment wasn’t done like it was supposed to…so we had to take it back up there and we had to inconvenience our friend to let us borrow his car for even longer….I wouldn’t recommend this shop, pretty dissatisfied.
