We are very very happy and extremely satisfied with the work done on our Chevy Cruze. It was so great that we were able to get our car into the shop the day after our accident. The speed at which Carstar of Mount Orab was able to get our car repaired and back to us was remarkable. We were regularly kept apprised of the progress on the repairs on our car. We cannot say enough good things about Carstar of Mount Orab. We would recommend Carstar of Mount Orab to everybody. Carstar of Mount Orab deserves at least 10 stars

Sarah was very helpful and nice. She made sure I didn’t have to worry about doing anything. She took care of all the time consuming calls to the insurance for me. With the hours I’m working that was a huge help. She also took care of the car rental also. She was awesome.

Vehicle looks good. Receptionist/service manager/bill collector/psychiatrist was very polite and understanding. The body tech(s), seem to have done the job correctly. I am terrible with remembering names, but they did introduce themselves. Very friendly.
