Before and during the process there was poor communication. Also poor scheduling, was told it will be teady by friday 3 weeks in a row after waiting a month and a half. Only the future will tell the quality of the work.

Good, they worked with me to make it easier to get my rental back to agency to save time , and it was Friday before a winter storm stayed a little extra to have the car done, needed to be dried before they could release it.

They were great from start to finish. Kristen was GREAT!! She has the best customer service I have experienced and a very long time. Even though this location is a bit of a drive from me, if I ever need repairs on a car again I will definitely use Carstar of Mount Orab.
