Fantastic experience with the entire team at CARSTAR of Sterling Heights after the collision work on my car. The staff is incredibly accommodating, especially by providing a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired. Even with a couple of parts on backorder, they are continuing to work to make sure everything is completed the right way, and going way and beyond to make it right ! From the customer service team and store manager to the mechanics and ownership behind the business is truly the best, it’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I can say enough that this is a great crew all around, highly recommend! I absolutely love them and this place, and I will always come back !

Just picked it up 3 o’clock this afternoon. Drove it several times everything seems to be in working order. It does seem like maybe the temperature is a tad higher than it used to run. I’m gonna talk to them. Make sure they check the fluid, but I know it didn’t leak no fluid out of the radiator very professional people awesome Joe you’re great and you got it done when you said very professional I’m impressed nowadays you don’t get that kind of service kudos to you and your crew but I will call you about the temperature. I don’t think it’s not so maybe I just never noticed it. I don’t know but I’ll get a hold of you Joe. Thank you again.
