I was treated with kindness throughout the process and the representative arranged a loaner car with Lexus and answered all my questions about the insurance claim process to repair my car. Door is a bit creaky after repair and interior clean was not completed, but was told to bring it back this week to get that taken care of. That's if I'm looking for a complaint. Otherwise, service was fantastic and it was a great experience.
