Poor communication, no updates given via text or the website as promised, took much longer than promised, when the vehicle was picked up there were several things wrong with the repaired items. New Driver side wheel well cover clips broken so cover does not fit flush. Issues with paint on edges of some areas. Blobs, overlap onto plastic, missed areas on Edges. Driver side window not working properly, auto feature no longer working. Roof rack on drivers side was not reattached. Sunroof motor making bad noise. Interior on drivers front and back covered in white chalky substance. Drivers side headlight appears to have some kind of scratches or imperfections on the bottom and not lining up with the frame.

I had an excellent experience with Kentucky Collision Center. Chance made the entire process easy from start to finish. She took care of everything from checking in my vehicle, getting me to the rental car company, and even helped coordinate the return of my rental to Enterprise when my vehicle was finished. The level of professionalism throughout the entire repair process was outstanding, and the quality of the body work exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looks great, and the repairs were completed with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Kentucky Collision Center to anyone needing body repair work. She made what could have been a stressful experience simple and hassle free.

From start to finish, Chance took great care of us. It truly showed that she is passionate about customer service. I have worked as a sales manager during my career, so I can usually tell when someone is just going through the motions. Chance is not faking it. She genuinely cares about taking care of you as a customer and making sure your vehicle is handled properly after an accident. She made sure we were dropped off at the rental car company, and the staff also made sure we had a ride back to Kentucky Collision Center when it was time to pick up our Highlander. They did an excellent job repairing our Highlander, which we are very thankful for. Chance was the icing on the cake. She had it cleaned up and ready to go when we arrived. I highly recommend Kentucky Collision Center on Nicholasville Road, located on the left just past Brannon Crossing. Excellent work and outstanding customer service from beginning to end.

They kept us informed, made sure we had transportation to the rental car company, and also helped arrange our return when it was time to pick up our Highlander. Chance truly stands out. The work was good, but I’m not going to recommend the shop due to the lack of communication. I’m not even upset that it was a month late. I understand that sometimes things happen and deadlines get pushed back, but the customer needs to be in the loop.

The repair repairs look good. It also took an entire month longer than predicted, and there was little to no communication on why that happened other than getting text message updates, saying that it was going to take longer for some unknown reason. There was no communication.
