My first experience with CARSTAR about 18 months ago with my wife's Acura RDX. We were really pleased with results from the team then. Unfortunately I needed help again with my Silverado truck. I was sure your team would deliver a top shelf result for a second time. And of course it did. The team members knowledge and interaction is always courteous. A SPECIAL THANKS to all of the team out in the garage area using their knowledge and skills in this BRUTAL HUMIDITY the results still were TOP SHELF.

CarStar was excellent to work with. Rhey kept me informed about the progress of my car repairs. They listened when I informed them that I thought it was knocked out of alignment when the collision occurred, and they were able to get it fixed. I would not hesitate to contact them again about car repairs. Jessica was kind and helpful when I called to check on the status of my car.

The repair is excellent. The people working there were wonderful. The was a glitch because my rearview mirror was knocked off during the repair. With some prodding they put the mirror back on. Noting that a previous repair had glued it up. The only negative was the Manager was brusk with me when I doubled checked about the mirror. The mirror is not exactly as it was but i am happy to have the car back road ready. Thanks to Jessica the front desk person and the other female manager for updating the car’s progress and being kind.
