The body repair on my Chevrolet Equinox was done perfectly — the workmanship was flawless, and the car looked brand new when I picked it up. They also went out of their way to provide a loaner vehicle that could hold three full car seats, which was such a thoughtful detail and made my life so much easier. That level of consideration really stood out. When the repairs were complete, life unexpectedly took a turn and we had a death in the family. I wasn’t able to return the loaner right away, and when I explained the situation, they were nothing but kind and understanding. They graciously gave us a few extra days without hesitation, which relieved a huge burden during such a difficult time. That compassion is something I will never forget. When I returned the vehicle, I had taken the time to wash the outside and vacuum and wipe down the inside. The staff not only noticed but took the time to tell me how impressed they were — which shows they genuinely value their customers and the little efforts we make in return. Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of top-notch repair work, thoughtful accommodations, and true kindness makes them a company I will continue to recommend to anyone who needs body repair.
