There are so many issues on the body work for my 2025 E350 Mercedes, I’m in disbelief. Paint doesn’t match, orange Peel, ruined weather strip, wrong chrome strips full vs shiny), scratched chrome strips, dent on new hood, underside of hood not painted and significant scratches, scratched window tent, significant gaps all around the hood, engine compartment filthy from being left uncovered at shop (it was pristine before). This vehicle hadn’t even had its first oil change. 2 techs and service advisor left and it took over 4 months to complete work. Invoice said underside of hood was painted and it was not.

They use old parts and the paint is not done right at all and the camera is not fixed and they told me my truck was done 3 times and not 1 time was it done and also tryed to go pick it up on a Saturday and they was not open the only person there was a paint guy and he was very rude and talked to a manager on the new side he came up to me smelling like weed did not really show that he cared what I had to say or help fix the problem also when I first got the truck I was told by the manager on the used side if the truck ever needed paint or body work done they would pull out the dent on the back of the truck and when we took the truck up there I was told by him that was a lie he never said that to my face …. There is places in the paint that has scratches and the back cover was never replaced and they was told by me not to put the gray pen strip back on the truck or the chrome on the hood and on the sides and they still did and there’s so much more I will be up there this week or next week I’m not happy about how this turned out
