Josh was super communicative and responsive. He worked directly with usaa on my behalf making it a super easy insurance claim. Gave multiple updates a week and showed us all the pictures taken of the damage. Sabrina was super nice and funny I loved talking to her when I came to make payment and then again when picking uo the truck!

Whoever took the truck apart, didn’t bother cleaning some of the stuff on the inside. There is also sticky residue on my windshield advisors that ended up getting on my upholstery on the roof.

The senior manager in charge of appraisal and/or evaluating vehicles for damage costs, a Mr. Josh Ledbetter I believe, is the best at what he does in the business. And ya’ll better do your best to keep him around for as long as you can manage cause the repairs done to my car because of his leadership is top notch. Of course i would also like to show equal amounts of appreciation to the team on the floor for there commitment and attention to detail in putting my Camaro back together. Thank you very much all.
