Horrendous customer service. A simple return call so that I could pay for the parts needed for my car was impossible. It took 2 weeks of me calling to get someone on the phone to take my money payment so you all would fix my car. Horrible

You guys did an amazing job with the repairs on this truck still waiting on the mirror to be replaced. I was told it would be about a month before you guys got that in that I am very impressed with the quality of work. I’ve always wanted to get a truck, but I didn’t wanna buy a gas guzzler and this is basically the only option I had so thank you guys for fixing it.

A little bit hit and miss with a timeframe on completion and letting me know what’s going on, but for the most part, you guys did a pretty good job with keeping me updated on things. I was a little confused at first because one person told me you guys could deliver it. One person told me you guys couldn’t so the logistics of getting the truck back was kind of confusing but thankfully we got her done.

Cody was helpful throughout the whole process. I know the shop was so busy so I’m thankful they were able to get my car back to looking new again after all the hail damage.

I am hitting 9 vs 10, but it is really close to a ten. My temperature controlled seats worked prior to the repairs. It was a very extensive hail damage repair. I don’t know how the seats would have been affected by hail damage, but they did work before. They do not work now. It might be a blow fuse, I am not sure but it is just one more thing I have to figure out.

Two (I am sure that is spelled wrong) was excellent. Seriously, we live in a world where I believed customer service is dead. He showed me that I am wrong. He did not over promise anything, he returned my calls in a timely manner and was upfront and honest, even when his answers were not what I wanted to hear. That almost never happens anymore. I truly appreciate the customer service I received from him.
