This process was slow and costly for us. We realize the severity of all the hail damage claims, but 3 months is too long. After our insurance coverage ran out, we paid for a rental car for over 6 weeks. It was only after many phone calls about the status of the vehicle and an email to the Collision Dept manager that we were offered a loaner from Reliable. We incurred approximately 1500.00 in personal costs for rentals up to this point. The loaner was much appreciated, and the service of Billie McIntyre was wonderful.

A couple of shallow scratches on the back bumper you had to really look to see, but they offered to fix it. Considering the extent of the damage and needed repair, they a great job.
