The thing that impressed.me is their values and ethics in business and customer service. A noted example it was just after the 2026 hail storm, In Springfield Mo all body shops were extremely busy and I accidentally backed into a guest at my home. She had just arrived staying for 2 weeks. With the help of Matt and Penny from Gerber Collision & Gina @ Randy Piper State Farm insurance. We had both vehicles ready on time and got my guest back on the road. Another example, recently I needed a windshield replaced Matt gave me choices and looked after my best interest. I'm usually bummed out when I get there But always happy when I leave. 10 star,✓

They went above and beyond! When our insurance company decided to total the truck instead of fix it, we were devastated. They did not offer us enough money to adequately replace it. Your staff at Gerber talked us down, explained EVERYTHING, answered all of our questions-even ones we didn’t know to ask, and took care of everything. VERY HAPPY with this crew!

We like our truck and were disappointed when our insurance decided to total it rather than have it repaired. Your staff found a way to turn this around for us. They very patiently answered ALL of our questions…even supplying information about questions we didn’t even know to ask. The truck looks great, and we appreciate that, but your guy in the office was the star for us. Don’t let him get away.
