When I picked my truck up no one came out to look at it with me it had a lot of sanding dust and something white on the passenger seat there is a spot on the edge of the hood that looks like it was burnt with a buffer spot on the passenger trim on the inside that isn’t lined up I know I probably rushed them but definitely expected better and left a trim tool in the truck

Both doors are too low, hood was not put on correctly, seam sealer is everywhere, the orange peel is terrible and the plastic trim on my roof is falling off. And that’s just a small list of things.

I had difficulty reaching the shop and had to leave voice mails. The shop was super busy because of hail storm. I do think people who purchased their car at Cadillac should be priority. It took a long time to get car into the shop.
