I had difficulty reaching the shop and had to leave voice mails. The shop was super busy because of hail storm. I do think people who purchased their car at Cadillac should be priority. It took a long time to get car into the shop.

When we accidentally went to the automotive fix side instead of the body side they were a little snotty when told we needed to go to the other side of the building
