No. As a matter of fact My car goes into Ford on Monday to see what damage has been done due to them not checking my transmission fluid.

VERY UNSATISFIED! The body shop manager, Shane lied to us and our insurance company through the entire process. He delayed my car being repairs because he lied to my insurance company and told them that my husband threatened him??? Within an hour of my car being dropped off my agent called and said not to touch it because we were sending a tow truck to move it to another body shop. When the tow truck driver got there he was told that they had already started on my vehicle and already had parts, time and labor into it. This was after they were told not to touch it???
