Overall the work was good. My a/c condenser was replaced and then blew the high pressure hose off as soon as I turned it on once I got it back. They are going to make it right, but just a little disappointed that I have to drop my car back off to get it fixed.

The bumper had to be painted a second time. The passenger side splash guard was not replaced even though it was damaged during the accident. The tire pressure sensor if installed was not programmed. For the amount that my insurance was billed these items should have been taken care of.

Just not satisfied with overall experience. From the excuses about the paint not matching to the excuses about not being able to locate the splash guard. Very unacceptable.

Had to bring the car back because the bumper didn't match. The splash guard was not replaced even though it was part of accident. Also I have no proof if the tire pressure sensor was replaced because it was not paired. I even asked the young lady at the front desk for a quote to repaint the back bumper because it noticeable scratches that were not there during the accident. I also told the young lady the bumper was fairly new. I could tell she did believe me. She also told me that the company takes pictures of incoming vehicles but she did not retrieve the photos to see if the rear bumper was already damaged.
