I received my vehicle back and the tire installed was not even the correct size. On top of that, I was not provided a rental through Enterprise, which left me stranded because I had to return my vehicle due to the body shop mistake. My rental coverage was reopened on my insurance because of an issue that was caused by body shop. Eventually, I had to get a ride over 100 miles south just so I could get home, and now I’m left trying to figure out how I’m supposed to get to work in the morning. Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience.

I think the repair was completed in a timely manner and the staff was helpful and kind. The owner even came out and spoke to me to make sure I was satisfied, and that is rare. Would highly recommend to others!
