I decided to take my vehicle to Carstar Perfection from Kissimmee, FL, because of their body repair technician, Omar. He has repaired several of my vehicles in the past at other body shops, and his workmanship is exceptional. When I first arrived, I was a little skeptical, but after meeting Louis, I decided to trust them. Louis maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle's repairs. They delivered my vehicle perfectly repaired and even earlier than the estimated completion date. Omar and Louis truly made this a great experience. I highly recommend Carstar Perfection to anyone looking for quality repairs and outstanding customer service.

Darren and Louis were outstanding from the moment I walked in the first day, they went over and beyond to help save my car and get it right. The lady at the front desk was very friendly we had a very nice conversation even told me about possible jobs since I just got lost my job.
