I always called to get a status report. I felt that could be improved. No called when to update me about the additional damage found or that they were dealing with the insurance company because of it. I’m not saying the staff was bad. An update about that would have been appreciated.

My car was in the shop for almost 2 and a half months. I would call once a week to check on the car, I would be told I would get a call back within a few minutes as to the cars status, and then never get a call. When the car was was supposedly ready, when inspected there were several obvious problems and I was unable to take take the car. Car was kept several more weeks with no updates as to when it would be ready. Once again when returned to me, the back bumper was damaged. Which I was told was from the accident. I was hit on the passenger side of the car. Not near the bumper.Was told they would replace the bumper but I could take the car. I would be called when the bumper was in. One month later I called. They had the bumper and would check with the manager and give me a call back in 5 min. 24 hours later I called back. Same thing, someone would call me back. 2 days later I called again. Was told the bumper could be installed whenever I wanted to schedule it. I made the appt. and had the bumper installed. When the car was ready, I noticed one of the covers for the back lights was broken and the paint around the spot was scratched. The manager said he noticed it as well, he said it was there already, which I believe is wrong. But I took the car. I did not want them doing anything else to my car.

The work was quality, timely, and extremely well priced. They go the extra mile at Carstar. They even detailed my whole car inside and out. I had three places to go based on my insurance coverage. One was a big name dealer in Ocala and one was another highly rated place. The first dealer said he could not do it. The second place said I could not get in for many weeks as they were short handed. I went to Carstar and it ended up to be the best place. I prayed about it and God blocked the first two because he wanted me to go to Carstar. Thank God and thank Carstar
