All expectations were met or exceeded. Workmanship was excellent! Customer reps were friendly & informative. No surprises from original estimate. The only issue was 3rd party patr(tonneau cover) was received later and installed on a 2nd visit of a little more than an hour. I would give Kearney CARSTAR my highest recommendation!

Excellent service by CARSTAR. Professional, great communication, vehicle looked great. My only thought…. I had three parts that had to be ordered, all different vendors, all three had to be sent back which prolonged the process of getting my vehicle. I feel vendors should be charged a 20% fee when they send faulty parts such as unpainted or damaged etc. as long as no one is held responsible it will keep happening. You send a bumper that’s half painted but sealed, someone did not check it. Your staff went above and beyond working with me to pick up my vehicle after hours. I appreciate that. Thank you for your quality service.
