Final bill states: LT quarter glass Subaru, Remove/Replace 150.00 1.8 hours body labor, (2) Urethane kit 40.00 LT quarter glass has not been touched or replaced, dent is still in the black trim and tree sap is still on the exterior of the glass. Small scratches under right headlight on bumper cover.

The left quarter window that was supposed to be Removed and Replaced was never done and it was still charged for along with materials on the final bill. Also marks under the right headlight. Excessive charges on final billing to the insurance company.
