The insurance handler gave no indication the insurance check hadn't been received. We had to wait an extra day to pick up the vehicle after we went there and changing our schedules to pick it up.

I was going through a very sad time, got in my accident, and assumed, oh just take it in, they estimate it, then they start the work. Not the case. The insurance estimator said, there a really good place in Cold Spring, it’s a small town and they’re really good and quicker. I called your team, Candice was an angel, took over and I drove my car out there, and it was fast & easy. Gary, was wonderful, Mark too. My car looks better than before, and the entire team was so sweet. My car looks so so good! My sister drives a 2019 Volvo, and her hubs, has a big fancy new truck, and they’re so impressed with what your team did to my car, they said they are going to use you guys going forward. Candice, and Gary I wanted to hug them but didn’t want to be weird. That’s how awesome y’all are. My BMW looks amazing 💗 thank you all!
