Not at all. Untrustworthy! Unethical to say an estimate is just that yet I was never given the choice on what would further costs were or eliminating the agree new bumper

The estimate that was given to me and that I presented to Brian to agree to the driver rear and bumper included a new bumper. I asked when I dropped my car off if I needed to pay for parts up front. Brian said no. Brian took a copy of the estimate when i had come in to agree to my car being done there. He had several days until i dropped it off to call me and make changes or not do the work there. Brian told me if I dropped off my car on Monday I would have it back "by the weekend". I called on Thursday and was told my car would not be ready until Monday. When I picked up my car on Monday I was charged for the total of the estimate but the bumper was not new. The final paperwork only showed painting done. I have gone over this issue with Brian and am supposedly getting the bumper taken off the next week to be filled and painted "like new". I feel taken advantage of as an older woman. I would not ever consider dealing with this place without the estimate signed by them and copies made holding them in a legal binding contract. Even though oral agreements are just as binding; who needs the hassle. Every customer needs to feel confident that the work that is agreed upon will be done. I would not recommend this type of business. Brian is saying the owner reviews all estimates and has decided what needs to be done. Then I blame the owner who has not done what was agreed upon.
