Happy with the in-person contacts and with the repairs. Only note is that the text communication (bot?) was still telling me the car would be ready on the pre-stated date after I had already pickup up the car, and there were no text communications during the process as promise-just a phone call telling me the car was ready to pick up. I could do without that kind of notification in the future-totally unhelpful. I only want to deal with human beings.

I was pretty upset when John dropped the ball right at the beginning and the two weeks that I waited for my appointment had to be pushed out another two weeks because he did not follow up on the paperwork that I told him had been sent to the other car star
