Went to pick up car, lots still messed up, John at first was argumentative and his customer service not very good. So he took car back in to re-fix things and during that time, John called and apologized for his behavior which was the right thing to do! We picked up car again and all was better. I would say since new ownership, first time I would ever rate you an 8 instead of a 10. I would suggest more customer service training on all your employees.
