The quality of the work so far seems fantastic. The markdown in scoring on the survey is due to the amount of time it took. But even more so because of the lack of communication, even though I asked to be kept informed every time I talked with someone there. Only once did I receive a call from them when the car just got torn apart. I had to call (or go in) them every time I talked with anyone there. Including the day it was ready. Other than that I pretty much had to keep driving by the place and if I could see my car out front or in one of the bays to know what kind of progress was being made.

Reasonable time for the repair, quality job, can’t see any evidence of damage. Friendly folks, hope we don’t need to have any repairs in the future but if we do we will use this place again.

Our car looks better than before we incurred the damage. In fact, it looks new! It was repaired, but it was also refurbished in the process. The replaced panels and trim fit perfectly, and the new paint exactly, and I mean exactly, matches the original. What I thought would be a repair job turned out to be a work of art! The repairs look good, but there are a few scuff marks on the lower portion on the right, rear door that were not there before the repair.

Communication was horrible. After waiting for months, appointment was delayed due to parts being on back order. Not their fault, but it would have been nice to know before I dropped my car off and then had to pick it up again the next day. Was told they would call when the parts are in. Didn’t receive a call for over a month, so I called them. The receptionist told me she would check and call me back. Never received a call back. I waited two more weeks and then called again. Receptionist said she would check on it and get back to me the next day. She called the next day and had the parts had come in. Crazy coincidence that the day I called the parts came off back order?? Dropped my car off and was told the repairs would take 1.5 to 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything. I called at the beginning of week 3 and was told my car was going in to paint. By Friday at noon, I still had not heard from the shop so I once again called them. Was told I could pick it up after 4pm on a Friday when they close at 5pm for the weekend which doesn’t leave much planning/logistical time for someone with a job/other responsibilities to pick up their vehicle before they lose the opportunity to do so for the weekend. So many opportunities for this shop to communicate and they failed every time.

Not very likely as I feel that their time management, and communication in regards to, is severely lacking. The quality of the repair was amazing, so those guys are doing great.

The repair itself looks amazing, great job on that. However, the customer service was subpar at best. It’s not that they are rude, but the communication is non existent, and time management seems to be a real issue. I had to call multiple times for an update, and even when it was finally ready they didn’t even call to let us know, we just happened to stop by and it was ready. Pretty frustrating.
