Didn't think they were going to put used truck lid on my car! Was understanding from drop off of car that they would replace it. Nothing said about used. Took it as replace would be NEW REPLACEMENT!

Both Amber and Anthony were very professional and did their jobs well. I appreciated Amber‘s assistance with scheduling and paperwork, and Anthony’s work on my car and his attention to detail and walking me through his work and answering my questionswhen I came to pick up my car.

The repairs were done well. However, when getting into my car, I noticed that there was a warning light on for a low tire pressure. I went back in and let Anthony know. He got in and drove the car a bit and came back and said that I need to drive the car For 10 minutes and the light will go away. That did not happen. The light stayed on even after I drove in town and on the highway. When I got home, my husband used our analog device to measure the tire pressure and they were all quite low. So I took the car to Les Schwab and had them Inflate the tires.

Everything looks okay besides the over spry on my windshield and driver side windows. I was missing a plug for my interior door panel, but that was quickly replaced.
