I visited 3 body shops prior and nobody could give a straight answer on the process. When I finally spoke with Johnny, he was spot on from the very beginning.he explained what would happen, how they work with the insurance company and what to expect. He was able to schedule the work quickly, even more so the finished product was completed way before my expectations. The car is back to normal and I am so pleased with the professionalism and quality provided. Thank you Carstar and Raymond Kia for an exceptional experience.

Johnny was great from start to finish! He and his staff, along with the entire team on the floor, did an amazing job repairing my truck. The whole process was smooth and professional, and the loaner vehicle they provided was perfect and made everything very convenient. The quality of the work was excellent, and my truck looks great. I really appreciate the communication, attention to detail, and great customer service throughout the entire process.
