I was given the royal run around by staff when checking on my car, never given exact details. In the process of picking up my car, I was told that a certain time would be fine. Then I get there and was basically treated as an annoyance because I honored my word. Then I was told to sit and wait and again I offered to come back the next day. Four days after getting my car back, I received a text stating that my car was ready and they would be contacting me soon. I have used this body shop for all of my cars, but next time I will think twice because it is not my intention to be treated as a thorn in someone’s side.
