The customer service was great. When I picked up my vehicle, I expected to show ID to prove ownership or sign paperwork, but that didn't happen. I did call ahead of arriving, but I never met any of the personnel. I would want some verification incase someone else tries to pick up my car. I also had to sign paperwork later over email.
