You had it 9 days past the original date given and it's not fixed. Please send a tow truck ASAP and arrange for a rental for me. Metal on metal from the area you just finished repairing. It was obviously not even test driven. Contact me ASAP at 5206683690. This is my second terrible experience with your company.
