It was convenient to pick up and drop off the rental car at Carstar, but I hated the enormous SUV that was given to me and was afraid to drive it. It was too big for my garage. I would have liked to have been given a preference on size of the rental car.

Repairs were fine. No issues there. But my Android Auto wireless adapter was stolen from my vehicle. Mostly my fault. Thought I grabbed it out before dropping off the car. But still annoying. Would use them again, would just be better about removing valuables from my car. Not overly upset about it.

Great and wonderful job left my car looking brand new as if nothing ever happened to it. They added a little touch of scented air freshener really satisfied.
