We were in an accident with another driver and their insurance company recommended we go to Carstar. While the insurance company’s service was poor, the staff at Carstar went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this experience as easy as possible. Chris, Sara, Jennifer, and Alex took great care of us. They communicated with us throughout the entire experience, explained to us in detail when there were issues and then executed a plan to resolve those issues with ease and care. Our truck was returned to us all cleaned up and in excellent condition. It’s apparent this team works well together and are experts in their field. They knew just what to do to help usher us through a difficult situation! We will definitely be recommending them to anyone else in this situation!!! Thanks Team!!

All the repairs were done great but when it came time to reinstall my bed cover I guess it did not go as planned. I have photos of when I dropped it off and how the bed cover sit on the truck and now it’s all messed up and the clip is broken and is not aligned at all

The work was great, but were disappointed when we had to pay out of pocket when there was an issue with the rental and the parts being delayed. Now we have to explain to Geico to get reimbursement
