The staff was nice but the communication was very very very poor. I was given 4 different completion dates. I understand parts delay and it takes a while to come in but no one from the business called me to let me know there were delays. The only time I would find out about it was when I would call the business around 3 pm on the day that it was supposed to be done and that’s when they would tell me that it wouldn’t be done that day and they weren’t sure when it was going to be done. It was extremely frustrating because I don’t have rental car coverage with my insurance so it caused a lot of stress. There was also a lot of stress with this because I would plan my day around how to pick my car up and no one would call to let me know it wasn’t going to be that day. Again, I understand there are unexpected delays but I wish someone from the staff would have called me each of those 4 days to let me know there were delays

Yall rubbed a large area of paint on the opposite side of the repairs, the drivers door look like it was opened onto a concrete wall along the edges, my full tank of gas was returned at 0, almost didn’t make it to the nearest gas station, repairs said they were done but my tire cap on my right side won’t be in for another week not satisfied

They were slow and weren’t able to get ahold of anyone to bring my car up and then when they did they had someone with there kid in the car bring it up front

I got many texts throughout the waiting period, but when estimated time of completion arrived and my vehicle wasn’t ready, I had to initiate the communication.

Repair was great except paint shop left windows covered with paint mist - very hard to remove. Also, that the battery, damaged in the collision, had to be replaced after receiving the vehicle.

The only thing I would say is that it took a whole month for the repairs to be finished and maybe use a different vendor than Larry H Miller in the future.

The soldering done on the repair is very bad. Looks like is done by a student, not a professional. When the car was supposed to be ready, I discovered that the engine light was on because something was done during repair and codes where not reset properly. I to wait another 3 days (over the weekend) to have it fix and to have a plastic guard behind left front wheel to be ordered since it was loss during repair and nobody notice. I was told that this is how the car showed up but I personally remember seing it there before bringing the car and even if it would not have been there should have been part of the repair to replace it since it is at the repair location (front left).

The second pick up was done by my spouse, who was greeded by an empty lobby, after a while someone showed up and made her wait again while they said they would go and look for the key, after back and forth a few time finally found it and dismissed her without any explanation on the the car status or signing for the reception of the car.
