Thank you so much for excellent work on repairing my car. It was the best experience possible for what was a very stressful time. Staff were very helpful, George was very informative, explaining the claim process with insurance, ordering parts, repairs, and paint. The work was top notch and the paint matches and looks excellent. I’m very pleased at the overall service and customer service. I especially loved the text messages updating me on the progress of the work. A positive use of technology. Thank you. I would give Roberts CarStar Auto Body 12 Stars. They were very efficient with the repairs to my car. They did exceptional work, the paint is beautiful, they paid attention to the details. I am very pleased with my experience there. George went above and beyond when what turned out to be a battery issue. He drove to my place of work after 5pm to help jump start my car allowing me to get it to an auto parts store to buy and install a new battery. Otherwise I would have been stranded at work. They also replaced a blinker light that went out. Most likely caused by the collision. I recommend Roberts CarStar to anyone needing repairs!
