From my experience, it was nice to see people who seem to enjoy their work and run a very efficient shop for my experience with auto body honestly auto anything. It’s a rare experience to see such efficiency and knowledgeable people working to help someone with their vehicle in the Monterey area. It’s extremely hard to find anyone of this caliber.

The crew is unbelievable very accommodating. Got the job done with the parts. They had allowed me to get my truck back for a little while until the next part comes in. The crew was very receptive to any questions I have and although they are a very busy company treated this Local company with patience and respect, even when I was under pressure to get my truck back. They understood and did their best and it showed great crew. Great communication great work what can you ask for more than that?..

Customer service is great as I said I was having a busy week and they had the patients to try to understand where I was coming from as they must deal with crazy people all the time who need their cars back. They were professional and gave me all the information I needed and kept me up-to-date and were extremely pleasant and had a smile on their face the entire time.

Very efficient and professional service, vehicle was repaired properly and ready earlier than expected. The only glitch was that the console insert on the driver door was pulled out of its seated position and the clip temporarily lost and I discovered it when entering the vehicle to leave and had to return to the office to report the issue as I had never seen any problem with this part of the car before. It turns out someone had manhandled the whole thing literally pulled it out lost the clip temporary early and luckily they found it on the ground in the shop and put it back so I was able to take the car right away.

Helpful. Gino was great. The guy who did the work did a sloppy job. Put plugs in the holes where the plate was was, didn’t fit them properly and cracked the plastic, what ch happens when you go to fast.
