My car is damaged the steering wheel controls don’t work.NO problem before door was replaced.Shop has no integrity I’m screwed.when got the vehicle back the seat belt did not retract.I drove the car for a week and half before putting it in the shop,EVERYTHING worked fine.After Complaining AAA covered that because it was deemed accident related.They damaged it while repairing the door and charged YOU for it.I was then told AAA wouldn’t cover the repairs for the steering wheel controls,my radio also shuts down by itself.I whent to the shop AAA said to use i feel you should insure me against the shop you sent me.From what I can see these people are ripping you off also.this organization has no INTEGRITY F+

Since Day 1 that i took my vehicle in i knew my car was in good hands, customer service was outstanding, communication was perfect, the shop really showed me that they care for their customers. Made the process smooth, i did not have to do much because the shop took care of everything. Office staff was very sweet, respectful, and constantly asking if they may help me with anything else. I was even given recommendation for other damages not related to my car accident, for a reasonable price. Rental assistance with the shop was easy and fast. Also not to mention my car was ready sooner than expected date. I would highly recommend this shop to family, friends, or anyone that needs their services. Will definitely use jerry grahams shop again without a doubt, best shop in monterey county. Thank you for everything that was done for me, my vehicle and my safety.
